We always prioritize the safety of our patients, and in these uncertain times, we are committed to following all Safety recommendations and enforcing best practices.
What should you expect if visiting our clinic?
In our clinics, we have reduced the number of appointments available, this allows us to thoroughly clean our rooms and don new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in between appointments, ready to safely welcome our next patient.
We have invested in a SMS service which automatically texts you a reminder of your exact appointment time. we encourage you to stick to this time. Please note there is a safe waiting environment should you arrive a little early.
If you have booked online, you will be sent a SMS confirming your appointment.
Upon arrival, you can take advantage of our waiting area. Or we can meet you outside and lead you directly to our treatment room.
Unless you are exempt you are required to wear a face covering.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need any special requirements.
What should You expect on a home visit?
Fill in the form online or give us a call and a member of our team will organise a suitable date and time.
You will be triaged and will be asked a series of COVID-19 Safety questions.
We wear full PPE and encourage where possible for any carers/partners to be in a separate room when we perform the wax removal.
Unless you are exempt we would encourage a face covering to be used whilst we perform wax removal.
We encourage you to stay safe. This includes practicing safe social distancing. Rest assured that we take every precaution to keep you safe. We are aware of our responsibility as a front-line service to protect our patients and the role we play to help flatten the curve. This means some home visits will be selective and limited during this time.
